Today the subMIT system has passed the 900 registered user mark. The number of registered users follows a peculiar pattern. When subMIT supports large classes there is a major jump of students registering during the beginning of the semester, while otherwise the number of registered users creeps up at a shallow but rather constant slope. Those are usually users like graduate students and postdocs that use subMIT mostly for research applications.
