Dear SubMIT Users,
We are planning to update the Slurm workload manager to version 2025.11 across all SubMIT clusters on Friday, March 6th, 2pm. This update does not involve changes to the underlying system configuration or cluster infrastructure.
What to Expect:

• The update does not involve draining nodes. However, the scheduler will be unavailable for sometime and users might not see their jobs’ status.
• No action is needed for most users as the update only modifies the Slurm software layer. Please review the release notes to confirm your setup and job scripts remain compatible.
