It is with mixed emotions that I would like to share with the SubMIT community that I have officially stepped down from my role as SubMIT Project Team co-Deputy Lead in order to pursue other recent advancement opportunities in my career. I will continue to serve the Physics community as a non-leadership member of the Project Team, at a reduced time commitment, and will dedicate a larger fraction of my time to research and education. This shift in my focus has been in the works for some time now; when Josh moved on from the project, I declined the invitation to become lead in order to dedicate more of my time to research, and I thank the SubMIT team for supporting me at that juncture and throughout my time as deputy then co-deputy these past 3 years. Now as I move on to this next phase, I look forward to serving you, the Physics community, in this new way and as a continued member of this fantastic group of individuals known as the SubMIT Project Team.
