Moving subMIT to 100 Gbit/sec all the way

Matthew Heine joins the MIT Kavli Institute and will be the deputy manager of the subMIT Project. Matthew comes to us from Boston College with extensive application experience in High Performance Computing from his Ph.D. in condensed matter theory.

Power circuit work completed
