With gratitude for her years of valuable contributions, we wish Marianne Moore the best as she moves on from the SubMIT Project Team to pursue her new position at Fermilab as KICP Postdoctoral Fellow and Fermilab Theory Research Associate!\u00a0\u00a0As our users are aware, over the past 3 years, Marianne has been a rapid responder to users’ help requests, instrumental in organizing and executing SubMIT workshops and user meetings, as well as an advocate for users’ needs, including designing and administering a focused user survey.\u00a0\u00a0To maximize team and hardware efficiency, Marianne designed and implemented internal monitoring of help ticket metrics and system services as well as working with individual users to help them use the system most efficiently.\u00a0\u00a0These are but a few examples of the fruits of Marianne’s consistent eagerness to tackle problems and suggest and implement improvements.\u00a0\u00a0She will be sorely missed, and we wish her the best!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
