I will continue to serve the Physics community as a non-leadership member of the Project Team, at a reduced time commitment, and will dedicate a larger fraction of my time to research and education.  This shift in my focus has been in the works for some time now; when Josh moved on from the project, I declined the invitation to become lead in order to dedicate more of my time to research, and I thank the SubMIT team for supporting me at that juncture and throughout my time as deputy then co-deputy these past 3 years.
